As a lifelong band guy it’s a different feeling putting out a solo cd. This is self-released without a label. No tour support here. Just local gigs and a box of product. And it feels great.

Didn’t Learn A Thing is on the Statica CD. Directed by W. Scott Prestwood and starring Natasha Blasick. It’s been on the Statica website but it seemed like a good idea to put it on youtube.
On Sun Oct 10 bassist Anna Rosales and drummer Alexa Brinkschulte will join me playing for the Long Beach Marathon. We’ll be somewhere around the 22 mile marker 🙂 Last year I played it as a solo act and enjoyed it so much I want to bring a full band. There were 17.000 runners. We’re giving them energy and good vibes.

We had a 6:30am call time. That’s early for Blasick time. Rehearsal went straight up until showtime at 10:30. Lots o’ standing.
